  • About Jimmy Winemiller

    Jimmy Winemiller has experience in the acquisition and sale of agricultural lands extending more than 50 years. From 1959 to 1976, he was employed by the Union Pacific Railroad, and he began purchasing land in 1960. Jimmy Winemiller has farmed extensive tracts of land producing agricultural commodities such as rice, cotton, soybeans, and corn, in such states as Arkansas, Mississippi, and Texas. He has also negotiated and participated in a number of oil and gas leases as an investor. He has owned a California steam-generated power plant and a copper tubing plant.

    Mr. Winemiller’s past undertakings include working as agent with Blue Lake Farms, Inc., in the sale of Crossville Outlet Mall in Tennessee to Crossville Outlet Mall, LLC. He was instrumental in ensuring a smooth ownership transition for a shopping mall that has numerous well-known retail tenants, including Van Heusen, Dress Barn Women, and Vitamin World.

    Mr. Winemiller is also integrally involved in the business of horse racing, having owned and bred horses
    for nearly two decades. Jimmy Winemiller and his wife own a dozen thoroughbreds and are breaking three yearlings in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
